Incident Description:
Bike was locked on bike rack on Ashland between Cortland and Armitage by the Clybourn Metra station. Was in a hurry when locking it so frame was not locked correctly. scumbag took the frame off the front wheel leaving only the wheel U-locked to the bike rack.
Bike was black with only one decal that says "Cutter". drop handlebars with red grip-tape.
