Incident Description:
I had just gotten into an accident. I locked up my bike before getting into the ambulance and leaving for the hospital. In the confusion, I may have locked my bike up improperly (only locking it to the frame). After leaving the hospital, I went to look for it and couldn't find it anywhere on Ashland Ave. having traveled up and down several times. Bike was locked with a newer u-lock w/flat key.
