Storage room.

was locked up with u-lock and cable with another bike to a bike rack in storage area of building basement.
Incident Description:
someone was able to get into basement probably late at night or early am with some type of bolt cutters or saw. Probably walked in behind someone to get into building. Cut u-lock and rode off. This is not the first time a bike has been stolen from building. We are going thru videotapes now to see if they can get a picture of person.
