Incident Description: 
Bike was locked up with a combo cable lock to a railing on 3rd floor rear entrance with access from the alley. Entrance light was on keeping the area well lit. Between 11pm on May 30 and 7am May 31, 2011 the cable of the lock was cut and bike was taken. The lock was left at the scene.
