Incident Description:
The bike was under my back porch, I was outside for the majority of the time. Went inside for 5 minutes. Looked outside and saw a guy (30ish) in a puerto rican hat on my bike going out the back gate of my backyard. We chased after him for a bit. Seemed like he was going towards Humboldt Park.
