Incident Description: 
Very new Electra Ticino bicycle stolen in front of Gleacher Center at 450 N Cityfront Plaza between the hours of 10am and 12:15pm. Bicycle was locked to bike rack, but both bicycle and lock (U-lock + cable) were gone when revisiting the location a couple of hours after locking it up. The bicycle is grayish brown, with brown leathery wrapped handlebars. The most distinguishable feature on the bike is that it is missing its front fender, but the back fender is still installed. There are also minor scratches along the bottom piping of the bike frame where the paint has worn off. There is a loose white front reflector on the handlebars and the front brake needs tightening.

Recovery Notes: 
Victim received a phone call from someone who had purchased the bike at a suburban flea market. Purchaser was suspicious of seller after purchasing the bike and after finding it on the CSBR, called the victim. Owner and bike have been reunited.
