Incident Description:
The bike was locked with two u-locks, one attaching the front wheel to the bike rack and one attaching the rear wheel to the frame. The bike was taken from the bike racks at the Washington Street exit of Ogilvie transportation center. The bike is pretty dirty on the bottom, the handlebar tape is starting to fall off and is not aligned, the handle bar itself is a little crooked. The picture in this report is not the bike I own but is the same exact model as mine.
