Incident Description:
So I was looking in the Dominicks dumpster at 2 am which I often do, and there's never usually anyone around. I always just lean my bike against the gate and and I can see it from the dumpster. This time there was a guy that walked by and said "hey is there anything good in there" and my friend replied "yeah lots of stuff" but he never came and looked. We finish sorting our food and come out and my bike is gone...I couldn't believe it. My friends bike was still there so I borrowed it and circled the area looking for my bike but didn't see anything. This guy obviously tricked me which is really cold, because we were offering him food and we obviously don't have much money.I didn't get a good look at him but he was a thin black man wearing a white t shirt. This is the second time this bike was stolen and the first time I got it back. Any help would be appreciated.
