Incident Description:
Bike was stolen from a public bike rack at the Pratt St. Beach next to tennis courts at point where lakefront walking/ running path begins. This is a very public location, about 10 yards from the park district trailer set up facing the lake. I assume the lock was cut unless a very smart person watched me turn the tumblers.
I have called 311 to file the report but I have been indefinitely placed on hold. I have no photos of the bike.
