Incident Description: 
I locked my bike to a bike rack on Kedize under the bridge of the Metra tracks and rode the Metra. By the time I returned, someone had cut my lock and stolen my bike and helmet. I suspect whoever stole it intends to sell the bike and the helmet (perhaps together).
