Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features: 
The bike is in overall good condition. There are several distinguishing marks on the paint job. The most significant being on the top surface of the top tube both near the stem and close to the seat post where the pain is almost completely chipped away. There are also some stickers on the sides of the top tube, one is white and reads "I dream on two wheels", and one on the other side is blue, and reads "May Peace Prevail on Earth." The stem is not original, and is adjustable with two halves, one black and one chrome. The handlebar tape is blue. The shifters no longer have a cap on the top of them, and the tightening screws are exposed on both sides.

Incident Description: 
I had ridden the bicycle to Evanston, and was not allowed to take it back on the train. I locked it up below the Noyes Purple line stop on Evanston. I was unable to return to Evanston for several days, and by the time I got back the lock had been clipped and left on the ground, and the bike was gone.
