Incident Description:
Bike was stolen from the ground floor of my apartment complex. Bike was locked front wheel and frame to a steel pipe with a newer model U-lock and back wheel and frame with a thick cable lock that was wrapped around the pipe and then looped around the U-lock. Whomever stole it had to break both locks. Whomever stole it also left the bike next to it (my roommate's) even though it is chained in front of my bike and with a cheap and flimsy U-lock.
