Sidewalk in front of an open business.

Accidentally missed the frame so only the front wheel was locked up. Chain and front wheel left intact.
Incident Description:
I got distracted while locking up my bike to the fence next to the front of Handlebar. I must have passed the Heavy Duty Bike Security Chain over the frame instead of through it and ended up only locking the front wheel. When I came out a few hours later, only the wheel was left locked up to the fence :(
