1 day since I rode it last
Incident Description:
My bike was in the basement of a locked building (an 8 flat) in east bridgeport, which is its customary storage space and has been for some time. I was last seen around 8pm 11/1/11. This morning (~7am) it, and another nice(er), were gone, while all the other bikes in the basement remained. Some of the others are even more valuable, but perhaps too distinctive. None of the neighbors roadmasters etc were disturbed. The building showed no sign of forced entry.
The only thing weird I can think of is that there were meter readers from ComEd in the basement Monday and Tuesday (day-of). They seemed legit, but maybe they were casing the place. Anyone else have a similar experience?
