Incident Description:
At 8:40 PM I arrived at a condo at 2126 N Lincoln Park West; I locked my bike with a U-Lock and cable to a street sign in front of the condo. When I left the condo at 11:40 my bike was gone. The U-Lock was cut and both it and the cable were left around the street sign my bike had been affixed to.
