Incident Description:
I U-locked my bike with my girl friend's bike on the other side of the pole, which was a chicago sign, that WAS bolted to the base, at the end of Critical Mass to see the Polkaholics play at Lincoln Lanes.
Pole was located outside Lincoln Lanes, Near the Mc Donalds on the corner.
People outside saw the guy unbolt and lift the pole it was locked to, and ride off wearing low top green sneakers, wearing knickers, backpack, longer hair to about his shoulders.
U lock (kryptonite mini with a welded 15mm socket on the end) still around headtube
