headlight bracket on the handlebars, front tire was "lumpy". Original Schwinn green/white seat. Brake shoes are more appropriate for a modern lightweight bike. Had a Kryptonite lock hanging from the handlebars. (The bike was in my back yard.)

I arrived home about 6pm, and left the bike in our back yard parked next to the corner of the house, thinking I would be headed back out in just a few minutes. I wound up getting busy and didn't get back out until about 7pm and discovered it gone.
