The bike was not locked, however it was locked inside the laundry room of my apartment building along with around 7 other bikes which were also not locked. My lock was tied to the rear rack with a bungee cord which were both left behind on the floor.
Incident Description:
The bike was in the locked laundry room in the basement of my apartment building along with 7 other bikes that were not locked to anything. Since the door to the room requires a building key, I'm assuming whomever took it had a building key. The door to the room had not been tampered with so there was no break in. I'm not sure exactly when it was stolen since the last time I saw it was the last time I did laundry (around 10 days ago).
