Incident Description:
I left my bike locked to a bike rack while at work. I ride it almost every day and tend to leave it at this rack. When I went out for lunch I realized the bike was gone and the only thing on the floor was a piece of velcro from the handlebars.
The bike is a good condition trek 4500. older model (2008 I think) but still a nice bike.
