Incident Description:
We locked two bikes to the sign. There were several other bikes nearby. It was Sunday and busy. We went into the Cultural Center and looked around for 20 minutes.
Came out and my bike was gone. All other bikes were there. I asked a guy that was sitting on the steps if he had seen anything, but he had not noticed anything.
