Less than a half hour. The bike was placed between the Propane tank holders.
Incident Description:
The thief they have on footage was wearing red and white gym shoes, black tee shirt, cap and has a tattoo on his left calf. Per the video, he stole the bike between
12 and 12:15pm. Shows he was on a dark color bike- black maybe blue canvassing then came back on foot and stole our daughters bike. Late teens early 20's, Hispanic.
