Incident Description:
I locked the bike to the bike rack outside Gleacher Center. The bike rack is on a sidewalk. When I returned 3 hours later, the bike was gone along with the combination lock. The bike rack is in clear view from places nearby, so I am surprised nobody saw it being stolen. Pedestrian traffic is light around the area.
