The gears are 3 & 8, the handle bar covers overextend the metal and are starting to crack in some places. The left break has a gel-like cover, and is cracked towards the base, but is otherwise stable. The seat itself is large & padded, with a red light integrated into the seat. Said seat is also chained to the bike's top tube frame and locked with a padlock.

Incident Description:
Bike sat with another white, schwin female's mountain bike [also stolen]. They were underneath a staircase behind a locked gate in a back alley entrance, but faced the parking lot of the adjacent building. Best I can assume is someone saw it from within the adjacent parking lot, hopped the fence, and walked out.
