Incident Description:
At Navy Pier with my daughter. Locked our bikes together to a bike rack using a "Word Lock" cable. Came back after an hour and my bike was gone. The thief cut through the cable. I reported it to police on duty at the scene. They said that thieves target bikes locked with cables and is common at Navy Pier.
