The bike was not locked, it was on our 3rd floor back porch of my apartment enclosed in a locked gate. The U-lock is attached to the bike, but wasn't locked.
Incident Description:
Bike was stolen off locked back porch on the 3rd floor of my apartment building. Bike itself was not locked. A black rack has been installed on the bike since the photo was taken. The bike is brand new, only a month old. My apartment is in Lakeview, Greenview and Grace.
