Incident Description:
The bike was hanging upside down on hooks in the garage, U-locked to itself. One of my neighbors broke the garage door Friday night and didn't tell anyone so the garage remained open all night. At 5am Saturday I discovered the garage open and my bike (as well as at least one of my neighbor's bikes) missing.
