The bike was on the back stairway of my locked apartment building. Only people with keys have access to this area. It is not visible from the street or alley. Bike was left unattended for 3 hours.
Incident Description:
My bicycle was left in the back stairway of my apartment building. No one but tenants use this area, it is locked and not visible from any street or alley. Thief had to have had a key.
