Incident Description:
Our 4 bikes were locked together to this bike rack along the lakefront trail just across the beach, with many other bikes. We were on the beach, a few yards away only. Very crowded Sunday afternoon ...
Only when I unlocked the lock I realized that the cable had been cut clean and one of the bike (the nicest one) had been taken. Obviously there have no fear, this happened right in front of everybody, with heavy bike traffic on the trail.
