Incident Description:
Bike lock (cable with pad lock)was cut. Bike was locked to a fence along a sidewalk at a park with many other bikes. Sidewalk was hidden behind a parked truck. Occurred during the Taste of Lincoln Avenue Fest between 2 and 4pm on Sunday, 7/29.
Lock, cable, and my helmet were left at the scene. Cable was not a super strong cable (which was why my bike was chosen).
