Incident Description:
First time riding bikes in the city, told my girlfriend on the ride I need to go buy U locks later in the afternoon. We rode to North Ave Beach and tied bikes up at a heavily used bike rack and highly populated area. We both had a cable lock so I put one through our front tires and around the rack and the other through the frames and the rack. We walked 50 yards away and laid on the beach for an hour and a half.
