Bike is a bright shade of teal and is clearly from the 80s. Some of the fabric covering the seat is coming off of the bottom. Also, they left behind the front wheel, so there's a good chance that the person riding it or selling it will have put on a front wheel that doesn't match the back wheel.

I locked my bike to the fence with a u-lock, being sure to get both the frame and my front wheel inside the lock. Not really sure how it happened, but when I went to grab my bike to leave today, the front wheel was still locked to the fence, but the frame was gone.
