The rear Tire is white on the sides and black down the center, The front tire is all black, and has a magnet on one of the spokes for a speed/distance tracker. the left side of the handlebars have some biking tape that is coming un-done whereas the right side of the handlebars are fine. There are also two slots for bottles on the inside of the frame (see picture provided).

Incident Description: 
I locked my Bicycle up at the upstairs Bike racks of the Belmont Blue Line Stop(around 9:00 am). I then went to work via the train. When I came back to the Bike racks after work (around 5:30 pm) the bicycle as well as the lock was missing.
