Incident Description:
My bike was locked on a bike rack just east of the river on Jackson street, right next to the construction on Jackson. It was locked with the Kryptonite locking system--a new U lock attached to a cable to lock the wheels and frame. When I came out at noon, the bike was gone--the cable had been cut, and the cable and lock were left behind.
