One hand brake (for front wheel), rear coaster brakes, NO skirt guard -- picture is inaccurate, built in luggage rack, odd tire valves (a euro kind, that is neither schrader nor presta, but works with a presta pump), black Brooks leather saddle (not pictured),.... bought this thing before dutch-style bikes were readily available. Kevin at Boulevard Bikes special ordered the bike by request.
