All day. But I went out at saw it there at 3:30p. When I left work at 5:15p it was gone.
Incident Description:
My bike was locked up all day. Some one must have cut the lock or pulled it apart. It was through the front wheel, frame and fence it was attached to. Happened between the hours of 3:30p and 5:15 pm. It is an open area however, under the stairs leading up to the brown line by the merchandise mart. In front of Kinzie Chopehouse.
