Incident Description:
Bike was locked to fence in parking lot at Jenner School at Cleveland and Elm. I was in the school for a basketball league for 2 hours from 6:30-8:30pm. Bike missing when I came out. No sign of lock or bike. There was a softball game going on at the park nearby.
