There is a black plastic band near the center of the handle bars on the left side. It's supposed to be a holder for a Bell Dawn Patrol light and should be screwed together to hold onto the handle bars.

Incident Description:
I locked my bike Saturday night (10/6), at around 11:30pm, to a fence by the front door of my apartment building. I left my apartment on Monday morning (10/8), at around 9:15am, to find my bike missing. The lock was cut and left behind on the ground.
