Incident Description:
Bike was locked to a series of bicycles locked to a stop sign in front of MSA Circus Arts at the north west corner of Cambell and Homer. Was inside for a workshop. When the workshop was over, both wheels where stolen off of the bike as well as the rear wheel of the bike that it was locked to, not the wheels of any of the other bikes dispite their comparable value, similar locking methods, or assessiblity.
