Distinguishing features: crane bell (silver) on the left handle bar, along with a mount for a high powered LED light (which I had in my pocket) Cat-eye motion sensor lights front and back (white front / red back) they have been glued into their mounts so, removing them isn't an option except for removing the whole light.

Incident Description:
Ulock didn't fit around the bike rack due to presence of other bikes so, cable through fram + both wheels + ulock - only the cable secured the whole mess to the bike rack.
Michigan Ave, ten feet off the sidewalk where thousands of tourists are walking, East side of the street, just North of the Park Grill. Went inside with a co-worker for a couple cocktails, returned to find the bike lock had been cut with a bolt cutter.
