Incident Description:
Bike was locked under the SW stairs of the Western Blue Line stop to the orange Wicker Park/Bucktown Chamber of Commerce bike rack. I parked it there at 8am on Tuesday, Jan. 29 and when I got off the train today at 5:00pm it was gone. The lock was also missing.
Bike has black fenders, front and rear light mounting brackets, small black bell, and a GoPro Hero Camera handlebar mount.
I purchased the bike less than a month ago.
This is the second robbery that has occurred to me at this location in the last month. Just before Christmas, my B-17 Brooks saddle was stolen off of another bike I ride. I filed the report with the CTA because there is a camera across the street from the bike rack.
