Incident Description:
The bike was stolen outside Lake Shore Athletic Club on 1320 West Fullerton, Chicago, IL 60614 on April 22, 2013 between 4 and 5pm CST. I locked the biked with a cable lock to the bike rack. Other bikes were also present.
