Incident Description:
Bike was locked at the main (west - by the conservatory) entrance to the Lincoln Park Zoo. It was locked to the bike rack provided there just to the left of the gate. It was locked to another bike that was left there. The other bike is a bright blue mountain bike. The culprit cut the chain lock and took it and the bike during a 15 min period while the victim was in the zoo (zoo visit was cut short due to an on coming storm).
