Incident Description:
Bike was in a locked apartment building. Most tenants put their bikes on the first floor landing, mine was the bike that happened to be in front. Sometimes the outside locked door doesn't latch all the way, so it is possible that someone entered from outside. I think it is more likely, however, that someone in my building had a party and it was nabbed as someone left the building.
