Incident Description:
Bike was cable locked to tree in front of apt building, other bikes park nearby, and owner had parked there for 2 months and haven't found out if others taken last night. Kryptonite u-lock thru back rim and frame. Locked after Critical Mass around 10 and was gone at 10 the next morning. Hi-traffic area. Scumbags.
