Incident Description:
The bike was locked with a cable combo key lock to a bike rack, also was locked to another bikes frame through the front wheel of my bike with a heavy duty hip lock. My cable lock was cut and left at the scene, the person had to have cut the spokes on the front wheel to release it from the other bike with the hip lock.
The person rode up on a black bike stopped, messed with his helmet like he was going to park his bike, leaned down pulled out something from his shoulder strap, then the camera from the place where the bike was parked "went out for 5 minutes." Humm think something funny going on?
