Bike is in good condition, minor paint scratches, 6 years old. Quick release on tires was replaced with OnGuard locking skewers. Seat is locked with a mini cable. Battery operated rear flashing light. Rear plastic fender. A kryptonite u-lock was attached to side with a braided cable wrapped around the frame. Mount for battery operated headlight on handlebars.

Incident Description:
Bike was parked in garage. Went on vacation for a week from June 21 - June 29 and noticed bike was gone when I returned. Garage is shared with 5 other people and they sometimes leave door open. It is likely that door was open and someone walking the back alley went into garage and took bike.
