The bicycle is in fairly recognizable with all original Schwinn decals still present, it has had many of the original parts switched out, the handle bars are virtue pursuit bars, and has tektro brake levers and radius brake callipers, it also has scratches near the top of the seat stays as well that are pretty noticeable because they go deeper then the light blue paint and show the silver underneath.

Incident Description: 
Bike was locked on a street near but not too close to Lollapalooza, the bike was locked to a street sign post and it was also locked to another bike (Red 1986 Schwinn Le Tour Single Speed, Not Stolen) with two U-Locks and one kryptonite cable. The cable and smaller u-lock was cut/broken and the wheel was loosened to remove the frame and backwheel all that was left was the front wheel, the other bike, the larger u-lock and a cut cable.
