It looks to be from the late 70s or early 80s but is in extremely good condition. Very light scratches on the frame and some small paint chips. The bike still has the original red foam or sponge on the handlebars. The picture shown is not the bike itself but the exact same model. The only difference being that mine has the red sponge.

Incident Description: 
The bike was locked up outside the apartment building next to another bike. I believe that the person must have cut off the cable lock but there was no lock found after. Bike was last seen at 11:00 PM on Sunday Aug 4th and missing at 7:00 AM on Monday Aug 5th. The bike is in very good condition for being a vintage Schwinn. there are only some minor scratches and paint chips and still has the original foam on the handlebars.
