Incident Description:
Bike was stolen between 8:00pm 8/14 and 9:30am 8/15 on Palmer Square close to Kedzie. It was locked both wheels and frame with cable and U-lock to a street sign which was pulled up and the bike was taken with the lock and cable still on. Please note that in the picture the bike has a blue seat cover but when stolen did not have the seat cover. I changed the platforms so they are now green.
