The bike was already second hand when I got it. Back brake is noticeabley loose. Has the red diamond/star insignia just below the handlebars. Might have a heavy duty plastic black band attached to the frame where the lock used to be attached.

Incident Description:
Lock attached to bike with heavy duty metal and plastic fastener. Plastic part of fastener must have been cut. Metal part would still be attached to bike. Lock attached to fastener and bike rack. Lock left at bike rack.
Bike was outside wormhole cafe from 8am. Discovered missing by 1130am when I saw 3 new bikes at the rack.
